Tour Payments
Tour Pricing
Only the items specifically listed in the “What’s Included” in the Robstrails conditions are included in the Tour price. For Clarity, items that are not part of the price and are an additional cost.
These do not form part of your Tour contract with Robstrails Ltd:
Tour Operations and Bookings
All motorcycle Tours are operated by Robstrails Limited, Kemp House, 160 London, EC1V 2NX United Kingdom.
Robstrails Limited reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.
The participant/s are referred to as the customers attending the Tour listed as per the online booking form
Participant/s are required to complete an online booking form and accept the Tour Conditions and an acknowledgment of risk. These documents form the basis of your Tour contract with Robstrails Ltd. Once a deposit has been paid, you will be issued with a Booking confirmation via email and an invoice. A Tour contract is then made between Robstrails Ltd and the participant/s. There are no variations of the terms of this Tour contract. The Tour contract and all matters arising from it are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Should any of the provisions of this Tour contract shall be determined by any Court to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent then such provision shall to that extent be severed from the remaining provisions of the contract, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable. Please read these provisions carefully.

Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to, or correct errors in published and other details (before and after registration) and even to cancel confirmed places.
Force Majeure
we will not be liable to you if the performance of our obligations or those of any supplier is prevented or affected by you or if you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”, which means any event which we or the supplier of the relevant service/s could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events include war or threat of war, pandemics, riots, civil strike, actual, threatened or suspected terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and any similar events outside our control.
Tour Payments
- Payments are made payable to Robstrails Limited, by BACS / Electronic bank transfer or by credit or debit card. For BACS/Electronic transfer, we will notify the Participant(s) of our bank details separately.
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total Tour price is required when booking a Tour within Twelve weeks prior to the Tour start date.
- The final balance can be paid in installments and must be paid in full Six weeks prior to the Tour start date.
- Should a booking be made with less than Six weeks left prior to departure the full amount is due immediately.
- Should any balance not be paid in full on the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the Participant/s reservation/s and no refund will be made.
- All Deposits and Installments are specific to the Tour option being booked.
- Prices shown on our website are correct at the time of going to press and changes in taxes or exchange rates may lead to surcharges.
Tour Pricing

- Any and ALL Return passenger airline flights to get to the start and from the finish point for each or any Tour.
- Travel costs to and from the airport whether this be the start or ending of your Tour
- Fuel, traffic fines or penalties issued by authorities.
- Personal travel, accident and medical insurance or repatriation
- Entrance fees to sights and parks or excursions (except where stated included in Tour), personal spending money, meals (except where stated), drinks, alcohol, tips, or any other extras not stipulated in the Tour contract
- Visas, passports, vaccinations, personal taxes, border crossing fees
- Any other items not specifically included in the price.
- Any motorcycle hire that you have as part of your booking is facilitated by Robstrails Ltd and we act as agents for the local third party motorcycle rental supplier. You are required to sign a local rental Agreement with the local third party Hire company and use the motorcycle in accordance with that local Rental Agreement. You are also responsible for payment for any excess or damages to the hire motorcycle in accordance with the local Rental Agreement. We cannot always guarantee your requested model, but we will try our best to match your criteria.

Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to, or correct errors in published and other details (before and after registration) and even to cancel confirmed places.
- All Tours are subject to a Minimum number of participants this number being SIX participants. We will give you as much warning as possible of any significant changes/cancellation and we will offer you the choice of accepting the changed arrangements or cancelling. If there is no suitable alternative, then the tour cost will be refunded in full, which will constitute full settlement.
- We reserve the right to cancel tours up to 4 weeks prior to commencement if minimum tour numbers have not been reached or if rental motorcycles are no longer available.
Force Majeure
